Filmakerrr ou yea

I’m studying film studies at Universidad de Chile, it is a pretty fun study program, quite stressful but I suppose every study program is. I decided to study this for only a year before leaving school, but I always wanted to study something related to humanities and arts. I thought on Literature, History, Art History, Theatre, but after a long talk with my dad, I realized that Cinema was the most humanistic art and here I am.

As a child I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to study, I only knew I wanted to have a lot of money, to travel the world and save animals from that horror industries. I’m not sure how millionaire I’m going to be studying this but one thing I know now is that I don’t care.

Is pretty hard to see myself in the future, I mean, you study Law, you are a lawyer but you study film studies, and nothing ensure you that you are going to be a filmmaker. However, a few days ago I heard that if you study two years more, then you can be a teacher, an art teacher.   Dream job.

Auto Biography

My name is Beatriz Arias, I was born on May 15th, here in Santiago, unlike my big sister who was born in Valparaiso. I'm Taurus, I don't really know what that means but I like it. I used to live in a little flat very near to my actual university, but when I turned 9 I moved to a bigger house, which is my actual home. My school was only for women, and I was actually cool with it until I turn twelve and realize how oldfashioned it was, however it was really nice with lovely teachers that I still appreciate.

I love dogs more than anything. Avellana is the name of my doggie, she is the sweetest and the favorite in the family.

My dreams in the future are not very different from the typical dreams, like travel the world, one day have the body completely tattooed and being a character of a Wes Anderson movie.
